1Arpine Avdalyan has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for April 2017!

“My day begins and ends in the “Emili Aregak” Center and I can’t imagine my daily routine out of here.”

Arpine has been volunteering in the Gyumri “Emili Aregak” Care Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities since its foundation. Since 2008, Arpine has been actively involved in the activities of the Center.

“In volunteering, it’s important to be able to work unselfishly”, – says Arpine. According to Arpine, her long-term volunteer experience was full of achievements – “Here I’ve learned to be honest with myself and others.

Dr. Catena practices and treats around 750,000 patients in the Mother of Mercy Hospital in Sudan. Patients frequently travel by foot for up to a week to reach him. Dr. Catena was born in New York City and received his medical degree from Duke University…
