Training Module: “Building an Inclusive Volunteer Team”
Armenian Caritas Benevolent NGO has developed the “Building an Inclusive Volunteer Team” training module within the framework of the “Institutionalization of Volunteer First Response Service in Armenia” (VolFiRe) project. The module aims to strengthen the knowledge and practical skills of volunteer group members, team leaders, and other stakeholders in the areas of gender equality, diversity, and the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The module promotes the development of a volunteer environment in which every person, regardless of gender, disability, or other characteristics, has an equal opportunity to participate in community initiatives.
