Monica Khorotyan, has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for October, 2017! Monica has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” Gyumri Head Office since 2014. She is actively involved in administrative works and mainly helps with “I volunteer because it continuously teaches me something new about people, about cooperation, about compassion, and about myself. Hermine Badoyan

Hermine Badoyan, has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for September, 2017! Hermine has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” National “Home Care” Project since 2014. Hermine has two daughters. Despite her busy daily life, she finds time for volunteering with great pleasure. Within the scope of the project Hermine makes home visits and cares elderly’s primary needs with great devotion. “Volunteering is the appetence to help those in need. It’s a big happiness for me when the beneficiary knows the days of my visits and waits for me. I love to talk to them and ask for some advice.

Seda Popova

Seda Popova has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for July, 2017! In 2011-2013 Seda had been volunteering in “Emili Aregak” Day Care Center for Children and Youth with Multiple Disabilities. From 2013 till now she has been volunteering in “Little Prince” social center/Gyumri. At first she actively participated in the organization of events, together with children she did community work and helped the staff of the center in administrative affairs. At the moment, together with the cooking group leader, she runs the group, giving children a variety of professional knowledge and skills.

Armine Nazaryan

Armine Nazaryan has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for June, 2017! Armine has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” Day Care Center for the Elderly /Tashir since 2011. “I spend 4 hours of my day on volunteering with elderly people and keep on thinking about them even being out of the office. When I enter the office and see their smiles and expectant looks for cutting one’s hair, helping the other to bathe, I feel that they need my help and I can have my small input on easing their problems”. She actively takes part in the events and works carried out in the center.

Asya Bokhyan has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for May 2017! Asya Bokhyan has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” National Home Care / Gavar project since 2010. “Being a part of the society I have always wanted to help those who are in need. During my 8 years of volunteering I have understood that there are many elderly people having certain kind of needs which can be provided by the youngers.
