“Armenian Caritas” benevolent NGO

“Armenian Caritas” was founded in 1995 by the Armenian Catholic Church with the extensive support from the Catholic Relief Services.

“Armenian Caritas,” which has ‘Benevolent NGO status’, focuses its efforts on social protection and health care of disadvantaged children, elderly people and people with disabilities; community-based development programs with the focus on social economy, environmental protection and resilience building; migration and integration activities aim at promoting sustainable integration measures for returnees, refugees and displaced population with the focus on socio-economic integration of the target groups.

Location: Gyumri, Sepasar and Ghazanchi villages             

Goal: The goal of the project is providing improved nutrition for the pre-school children of two kindergartens (Gyumri  kindergartens #5 “Smile” and #11 “Liana”) and two kindergartens in Sepasar and Ghazanchi villages.
