“Armenian Caritas” was founded in 1995 by the Armenian Catholic Church with the extensive support from the Catholic Relief Services.
“Armenian Caritas,” which has ‘Benevolent NGO status’, focuses its efforts on social protection and health care of disadvantaged children, elderly people and people with disabilities; community-based development programs with the focus on social economy, environmental protection and resilience building; migration and integration activities aim at promoting sustainable integration measures for returnees, refugees and displaced population with the focus on socio-economic integration of the target groups.

In the scope of “Home Care” Vanadzor project on November 25 a reporting event “Grant a Smile” took place. The goal of a month-long action (October 1 through 31) was to consolidate the public, particularly individuals, professional teams, stakeholders around the solution of the older people problems. The participation was rather big, which included 3 structures, 9 individuals (one from the USA and the other from RF inter alia). The total number of the participants was 40…
