Armine Nazaryan has been selected as our Volunteer of the Month for June, 2017! Armine has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” Day Care Center for the Elderly /Tashir since 2011. “I spend 4 hours of my day on volunteering with elderly people and keep on thinking about them even being out of the office. When I enter the office and see their smiles and expectant looks for cutting one’s hair, helping the other to bathe, I feel that they need my help and I can have my small input on easing their problems”.

She actively takes part in the events and works carried out in the center. Long-term volunteering experience, as Armine says, was full of many achievements.

“Here I have learnt to be caring about the environment. Volunteering years gave me the strength to overcome difficulties, the ability to love and dedicate the elderly like my own parents”.
