Target groups

  • An estimated 200 children with disabilities in school age who are out of education in Shirak Province
  • 12 schools (6 urban, 6 rural) in Shirak Province (7 communities: 1 urban and 6 rural) with a particular focus on school authority, teachers (350) and all children (3150)
  • The parents of children with disabilities who do not attend school in Shirak Province (estimated 300)
  • Local Department of Education in Shirak Province

Target group: Directed voluntary returnees from the Netherlands

Location: Armenia

Goal։ Assist voluntary returnees from the Netherlands to get reintegrated in Armenia.

Objectives։

  1. Provide social assistance;
  2. Medical check-ups and surgeries and medication;
  3. Provide small startup grants.

The activities of the project involve but not exclude the following steps.

Within the framework of “Overcoming the consequences of war together” project “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO invites the representatives of non-governmental organizations operating in the RA Provinces of Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik and Yerevan City to participate in the competition for the exchange visits in Georgia and Ukraine in 2017.
