This ToR defines the modalities and deliverables of the task that is to be carried out for the purposes of the project titled “Community Action for Full Inclusion in Education “, funded by European Union, Austrian Development Agency and Caritas Austria.
Armenian Caritas (AC) with partnership of “National Association of School Parent Council Members” NGO (NASPCM) implements a project “Community Action for Full Inclusion in Education”. The overall objective of the project is as follows: “Children with disabilities who are currently out of education enjoy their human rights for inclusive education, as specified in the article 24 of UNCRPD”.

Hermine has been volunteering in “Armenian Caritas” National “Home Care” Project since 2014.
Hermine has two daughters. Despite her busy daily life, she finds time for volunteering with great pleasure. Within the scope of the project Hermine makes home visits and cares elderly’s primary needs with great devotion.

Raphael archbishop Minassian received the high school education in the seminary of the Patriarchal Congregation of Bzommar. In 1966, he continued his studies first at the Pontifical Levonian Armenian College and then at the Pontifical Gregorian University, where he got the diploma of philosophy and theology and continued his studies at the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome specializing in practical psychology.
