JOB DESCRIPTION:  “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO (AC) and “SME Cooperation Association” NGO (SME) in consortium with the Austrian Red Cross (AutRC), Armenian Red Cross Society, and the “Center for Coordination of Syrian Armenians’ Issues”

Expert for Final Evaluation of the Action “Community Action for Full Inclusion in Education”. The evaluation will assess the Action using the five standard DAC evaluation criteria, namely: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and the perspectives of the impact.

This ToR defines the modalities and deliverables of the development of the Communication Strategy that is to be carried out for the purposes of the project, titled “Inclusive and Equitable quality education for All”, funded by Caritas Germany.

The overall objective of the project is as follows: “To contribute to the establishment of inclusive and equitable quality education for all,
