Direct beneficiaries

  • Displaced families from Nagorno-Karabakh living temporary or permanently in Armenia.
  • Nagorno-Karabakh conflict affected local families.

Number of beneficiaries: 1151 families / 4605 persons

 

Goal

To contribute to resilience of Covid-19 affected people in Armenia and Georgia and to those affected by the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Armenia.

Background

To increase resilience of Covid-19 affected women,

Assistance to Affected Population as a Result of Conflict Escalations in Artsakh Republic during September, 2020

Project Duration:   February 1, 2022- October  1, 2022

Direct beneficiaries:  displaced population from Artsakh Republic and from the settlements near borders of Armenia.

  • Households with minors under 14 (preferably female-headed; more than 3 children);
  • Households with pregnant woman;
  • Households with new mothers;
  • Households with members suffering from chronic illnesses;
  • Households with members demonstrating an urgent medical need or urgent need for access to healthcare services;
  • Households with disabled members;
  • Households with no monthly income or any government entitlements (i.e.

Emergency Assistance for Conflict-Affected People, wounded soldiers, prisoners’ families in Shirak region in Armenia

Project Duration: December 1, 2021-April  1, 2022

Project implementation area: Shirak Region

Direct beneficiaries:

  • Refugees from Nagorno Karabakh;
  • Prisoners’ families;
  • Wounded soldiers

Number of beneficiaries200 vulnerable families in the region of Shirak.

Project goal:

The project proposes providing material assistance, hygienic items, Food, medical support, Non Food Items to 200 refugees, wounded soldiers and prisoners’ families in Armenia.
