Client: ” Armenian Caritas ” charitable NGO , located in RA, city . Gyumri , H. Sargsyan St., Lane 3, Building 8 at the address, announces a request for quotation, which is carried out in one stage.

This procedure as a result chosen participant defined in order will be offered to seal Service provision contract for a period of 1 year.

Selected participant decided is no price conditions , quality compliance is taken into account and the one offering the lowest price is selected.

The minutes of the tender opening and evaluation session will be sent to all tender participants.

Corrections can be made to all data except the price offer within 1 day after the bids are opened.

To participate in the bidding competition, it is necessary to submit a price offer, organization data, number and brands of vehicles . (Appendix 1 )

We invite your organization to participate in the quotation process for the provision of transportation services .

Required service

General Overview : Transportation services are required to transport participants (including children, people with mobility difficulties) to events initiated within the framework of the “Promoting Inclusive and Relevant Quality Education for All in Armenia” program. Depending on the nature of the event, it may be necessary to transport from 7 to 25 participants in Gyumri, from Gyumri to the regions of Armenia and to Georgia. Taking this into account, preference will be given to organizations that have vehicles with the ability to transport different numbers of passengers / minibuses, light passenger cars .

Professional skills of drivers

- Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of work experience.
Responsibility and timely service delivery
- Transportation services must be provided according to a pre-agreed schedule, without delays.
Compliance with safety rules
- The driver must strictly follow traffic rules and maintain a safe speed.
- Seat belts are mandatory for passengers in vehicles, and the driver must encourage their use.
Technical condition of the vehicle
- The vehicle must undergo periodic technical inspections, and all systems must be in order.
- The availability of insurance to reduce financial risks in the event of emergencies and accidents.
Feedback mechanisms
- The organization must have feedback mechanisms in place to take into account passenger opinions to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of service.
- Ensuring a rapid response and resolution mechanism in case of passenger complaints.
