“Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO hereby announces an Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) for the supply of stationery, to be conducted through a single-stage procurement procedure.
As a result of this procedure, the selected bidder will be invited to enter into a stationery supply contract with a duration of one year
The evaluation of quotations will be carried out based on price and compliance with the required quality specifications. The bidder offering the lowest price and meeting all requirements will be selected. Preference will be given to suppliers based in Gyumri.
The minutes of the tender opening and evaluation session will be shared with all participating bidders.
Submission of Quotations

We hereby invite your organization to submit a price quotation for the supply of the stationery items listed in the attached specification, in the required quantities, for a one-year period.
The stationery items will be purchased in installments throughout the year. Please note that the indicated quantities are approximate and may vary depending on actual needs.
