The project “Handicraft Workshop for Women” of Armenian Caritas has been implemented since 2007. Over the years, many trainees have learned and mastered the sewing field, then started working in various factories, fashion studios, and ateliers. A number of women have even established their own businesses both in the city of Gyumri and outside its borders. Due to the project many women have become more independent and self-realized. So, we continue sharing the series of “I am Empowered” video stories of successful women from Handicraft Workshop.
