The PSA is produced in the frames of “Information and Support Center for Persons with Disabilities” project.
It promotes inclusion of persons with disabilities and creation of equal possibilities for them. The main message of the PSA is that availability of possibilities for people with disabilities contributes to their inclusion in everyday life. In the same sense, the lack of possibilities could make a person without any disabilities a kind of a “disabled person” who might meet a lot of obstacles and difficulties of overcoming of them could make them feel “disabled”. Thus, Ability is Availability of Possibilities.
