The Client, “Armenian Caritas” Charitable NGO, located at 8, H. Sargsyan St., Lane 3, Gyumri, RA, announces a request for quotation, which is being carried out in one stage.

As a result of this procedure, the selected participant will be offered to sign a Hotel Services Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) in accordance with the established procedure.

The selected participant is determined from the number of participants who submitted non-price evaluated bids, on the principle of giving preference to the participant who submitted the lowest price offer.

The Civil Protection system in Armenia is currently mainly based on professional responders from governmental institutions. They are to a large extent on-duty firefighters and other paid staff of the Rescue Service (RS) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

About the Project

The “Partnerships for Syunik: Enhanced Community-Based Social Services” project is a Team Europe initiative funded by the European Commission. The project aims to support the development of a more resilient and sustainable social service system in Syunik, Armenia. The implementing organizations for the project are People in Need, in partnership with the “WINNET Goris” Development Foundation and the “Armenian Caritas”.
