ACTS-Advancing Caritas Through Solidarity

Project Duration:  2024 – 2025 Program Participants:  Governance and executive leaderships, management teams, overall Consortium Partner Organizations. Consortium Partners: Caritas Georgia, Caritas Latvia Goal: To improve HR management policies and mechanisms for staff empowerment and enhanced motivation.   Results: Result 1: HR management policy and mechanisms are developed and adopted.
