Specialist in evidence-based research and policy dialogue for supporting project-targeted CSOs in Policy Engagement Background About the project: The “Partnership for Syunik: Enhanced Community-Based Social Services” project is part of the Team Europe initiative, funded by the European Commission. Its primary goal is to foster a more resilient and sustainable social service system in Syunik, Armenia. The project is implemented by People in Need in collaboration with the “WINNET Goris” Development Foundation and Armenian Caritas. Project Title: “ARAMAZD: SEED (Social Economy and Employability Development)” Position Title: Communication Specialist Modality: Consultancy-based contract Duration: 3 months (March 3 – June 2, 2025) Reporting to: Project Manager   Background The “ARAMAZD: SEED” project fosters sustainable socio-economic growth in Armenia’s border provinces (Gegharkunik, Lori, and Shirak) by empowering local stakeholders and advancing social economy initiatives. They are to a large extent on-duty firefighters and other paid staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). But Armenia has numerous remote areas particularly affected by the limited coverage through the regional fire and rescue services.
