Warm Winter for Children

Location: Gyumri, Gavar, Tashir and Vanadzor

Goal: To contribute to the improvement of heating conditions and prevention of cold-driven diseases of socially vulnerable families in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Tashir and Gavar (519 children in 178 families).

Description: Most children in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Gavar and Tashir live in such extreme poverty that even obtaining daily food and access to health care is a major problem for them. Their life is at or below the subsistence level are the main causes of impaired health. To improve the living conditions of 519 children, constituting the most vulnerable 178 families in Gyumri, Vanadzor, Tashir and Gavar “Armenian Caritas” provides heating means for the children.
