Mary Hoveyan was recognized as a volunteer for February.
Mary has been volunteering at “Little Prince” Gavar social center for children ran by “Armenian Caritas” benevolent NGO since 2017.
Mary has been a regular supporter of social, educational and cultural events for the Center, conducts various group work for children, and is engaged in creative initiatives. The center runs a debate club, organizes intellectual game competitions for children.
“Volunteering is the power to become better. It gives you the opportunity to gain experience skills, knowledge, get to know different people, hear and be heard and express ideas. By volunteering, each of us makes a small contribution to the accomplishment of a larger but not less significant one, ”says Mary.
