“Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO hereby announces an Invitation for Quotation for the provision of taxi services, to be conducted through a single-stage procurement procedure.
As a result of this procedure, the selected bidder will be offered, in accordance with the established procedure, to conclude a Taxi Services Provision Contract for a period of one (1) year.
The selected participant will be determined based on non-price criteria, taking into account compliance with quality requirements, and among those meeting the requirements, the bidder offering the lowest price will be selected.
The minutes of the bid opening and evaluation session will be sent to all participants of the tender.
Submission of Quotations
Quotations must be submitted in signed form and sent by email to the following addresses:

Subject of the Tender: Invitation for Quotation for Taxi Services
We invite your organization to submit a price quotation for the provision of taxi services for the needs of “Armenian Caritas” Benevolent NGO for a period of one (1) year.
Scope of Services
The Supplier shall provide taxi / transportation services, including but not limited to:
- In city passenger transportations
- Intercity passenger transportations
- Transportation services for official meetings and events, as requested.
Minimum Service Requirements
The participant must ensure:
- Timely service and acceptance/confirmation of orders
- Safe and courteous service, appropriate driver conduct,
- Technical roadworthiness, cleanliness, and safety of vehicles,
- Availability on a 24/7 basis, if required.
Price Quotation Format
The price quotation must be submitted in accordance with Annex 1 and include:
- Price per 1 km (urban and intercity, separately if applicable),
for standard/economy vehicles with 4 and 6 seats, - Waiting time tariff (if applicable),
- Tariff for the Gyumri–Tbilisi route for standard/economy 4- and 6-seat vehicles,
- Minimum order value,
- Indication of whether prices include or exclude taxes (VAT).

The quotation must include the following documents:
- Organization details (Annex 1),
- State registration certificate of the organization (or equivalent document),
- List of vehicles
