Armenian Caritas is announcing a Call for Prequalification (PQ) under a national open tender for selection of a companies who will, through the subsequent process following the evaluation, be invited to submit their offers to perform Construction Works for the reconstruction of the Artashat building, in Artashat Municipality, Ararat Province, Armenia, into a pilot nonprofit social housing facility.

 

The contracted works are being realized within the Artashat Non-Profit Social Housing Project, jointly being implemented by the Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MLSA RA), Armenian Caritas and Catholic Relief Services (CRS), which aims to ensure that more displaced persons, refugees, and local Armenians live in sustainable and affordable housing in Armenia.
