Goal: To contribute to the maintenance of quality assurance mechanisms of Safeguarding, MEAL and Human Resources Management structures, established by Armenian Caritas within its Organizational Development Solidarity System (ODSS) Plan for 2018-2021

Description: The Program aims to ensure, that the institutional changes, taken place within the result of Caritas Europa Organizational Development Solidary System (ODSS), are maintained and promoted after the end of the ODSS time-frame.

Project results:

Outcome 1: To enable the activities of the Safeguarding Focal Point, MEAL and HR Officers overall for the Staff and Volunteers of the Organization, guided by the required CIMS standards and the developed frameworks.

Outcome 2: To contribute to increasing sustainable funding schemes from within the general incomes of the Organization and promoting a new Organizational strengthening and learning culture.
