“Equal Opportunities for Outstanding Students” project was launched in 2011. The project becomes possible with generous contributions from Caritas Austria. The target of the project is Armenian students from disadvantaged familieswho have high records at their educational institutions. The project provides them with material assistance necessary for their educational process. Since the beginning of this year the organization has assisted 15 students partially or fully covering their tuition expenses and providing with the necessary musical instruments.
Many more students are anticipating our assistance. Join us to help them and make investment in future development of our country. Recently we have got a gratitude letter reflecting the extreme need for assistance from a student whom Armenian Caritas were able to help.
“Dear “Caritas Hayastan [Caritas Armenia]” management and team, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and also on behalf of my family for such an attention to my matter. Although I was sure that you wouldn’t ignore my letter(because that differs your organization from many others) but still I had tears in my eyes when the transfer confirmation came. It is impossible to express how much I appreciate your support. And knowing the wide range of your responsibilities I appreciate such a quick response and also the format of the amount. It is a huge support to know that people share my feelings, principles and people value importance of education as much. Your position played a crucial role and it makes easier for my family to collect the rest of the amount. I may say you truly have saved my life. Please be sure that you have got a humble companion-in-arms and I am available for the needs of Caritas Hayastan to the extentof my possibilities.”
