Number of Beneficiaries: 110 beneficiaries of Day Care Centers in Gyumri and Tashir

Goal: The aim of the project is to renew the old equipment at both Day Care Centers which will enhance comfort at the Centers and quality of services provided.

Description: The DCC for Elderly in Gyumri operates since 2006 and the one in Tashir – since 2007, they jointly serve 110 beneficiaries. The equipment and furniture at the Centers were obtained the time they were established and over the years a part of it has become worn out and malfunctioning. The Centers highly needed replacement of the furniture and electronic equipment.
In the frames of this project the following items were obtained:
+ Sofas – 6 pieces
+ Chairs – 20 pieces
+ Gas stove for kitchen – 2 pieces
+ Vacuum cleaner – 1 piece
+ Iron – 1 piece
+ TV-set – 1 piece
+ Refrigerator – 1 piece
+ Washing machine – 1 piece
+ Digital Camera – 1 piece
+ Electrical heaters – 2 pieces
