The mayor of Gyumri, Vardges Samsonyan recognized Zvart Najarian, founder, consultant and board member of “Armenian Caritas” benevolent NGO as a key contributor to the community. Among the guests at the reception were the director of “Armenian Caritas” NGO, Gagik Tarasyan, head of programs, Anahit Gevorgyan, and public relations officer Armenuhi Mkhoyan.

In his speech,Vardges Samsonyan welcomed the guests to Gyumri, then highlighted the activities of “Armenian Caritas” NGO and various social programs in Gyumri which are aimed at improving the social condition of hundreds of individuals/families and supporting community development.

Zvart Najarian, in turn, thanked him for the reception, and spoke about Caritas’ activities, the programs they are implementing in Armenia and, particularly, in Gyumri.

Zvart Najarian also emphasized the cooperation between the community administration and “Armenian Caritas” within the framework of many programs.

The Mayor of Gyumri has given a letter of thanks to Zvart Najarian founder, consultant and board member of “Armenian Caritas” NGO for the efforts invested in the creation of the “Armenian Caritas”office in Armenia, the improvement of the social condition of individuals/families, and community development through various programs in Gyumri over the past years.
