The Client, “Armenian Caritas” Charitable NGO, located at 8, H. Sargsyan St., Lane 3, Gyumri, RA, announces a request for quotation, which is being carried out in one stage.

As a result of this procedure, the selected participant will be offered to sign a Hotel Services Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) in accordance with the established procedure.

Proposals from hotels located in the cities of Gyumri, Vanadzor, and Yerevan will not be considered within the scope of the invitation to tender.

The selected participant is determined from the number of participants who submitted non-price evaluated bids, on the principle of giving preference to the participant who submitted the lowest price offer.

 

The minutes of the tender bid opening and evaluation session will be sent to all participants of the tender.

Within 1 day after the bid opening, corrections can be made in all data except the price offer.

To participate in the quotation competition, it is necessary to submit a price offer and organization data (Appendix 1) as well as a menu equivalent to the menu specified in the announcement or a written confirmation in the text of the letter that the menu specified in the announcement will be provided. Tender applications must be sent in a signed version to a.hamalbashyan@caritas.am  and s.minasyan@caritas.am  by May 15, 12:00 indicating “Hotel Service IEQE26-12” in the subject line.

Payment will be made within 5 days after the service is provided, according to the service delivery report. The protocol for the selection of the hotel service will be sent to all applicants by May 22.

Description of the required service

June 19-20: 2 days, 1 night for 22 participants, including overnight stay, meeting room rental, meals: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 3 coffee breaks, 1 breakfast.

July 8-10: 3 days, 2 nights for 40 pariticipants, including overnight stay, 2 meeting room rental, meals: 3 lunches, 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 5 coffee breaks.

July 11-12: 2 days, 1 night for 32 participants including overnight stay, meeting room rental, meals: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 3 coffee breaks.

July 15-16:  2 days, 1 night for 21 participants including overnight stay, meeting room rental, meals: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 3 coffee breaks.

July 25-26: 2 days, 1 night for 30 participants including overnight stay, meeting room rental, meals: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 3 coffee breaks.

October 3-4:  2 days, 1 night for 32 participants including overnight stay, meeting room rental, meals: 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 3 coffee breaks.
