Goal: Contribute to positive social change in the community by delivering sustainable, home-based care services to elderly individuals and persons with disabilities aged 18 and over who require support and are experiencing challenging life circumstances.

Description: Improve the quality of life of elderly individuals aged 60 and over and persons with disabilities aged 18 and over in Artashat by providing home-based care services and activities that promote social inclusion within the community.

Support beneficiaries’ access to quality healthcare services through referrals, counseling, household assistance, and the provision of comprehensive social care services.
