  • 15 chronically ill elderlies from Armenian Caritas Home Care projects
  • 5 displaced families from Nagorno Karabagh

  • 20 volunteers
  • 60 students from different educational institutions

Goal:  To improve the well-being of vulnerable population groups through the provision of integrated home care services

Description:      

  • To provide integrated home care services (including medicine, hygiene items and food) to vulnerable groups
  • To raise awareness of staff and stakeholders on the topic of Palliative Care and Hospice
  • To strengthen the cooperation with stakeholders by sharing with them knowledge and experience on the topic of Palliative care and Hospice using the potential of volunteer corps
