Goal: Contribute to positive social change in the community by delivering sustainable, home-based care services to elderly individuals and persons with disabilities aged 18 and over who require support and are experiencing challenging life circumstances.
Description:
- Improve the quality of life of elderly individuals aged 60 and over and persons with disabilities aged 18 and over in Artashat by providing home-based care services and activities that promote social inclusion within the community.
- Support beneficiaries’ access to quality healthcare services through referrals, counseling, household assistance, and the provision of comprehensive social care services.
